চোখের জলে প্রতিমা বিসর্জনের মাধ্যেমে উৎসব সম্পন্ন

In Tetulia upazila of Panchagarh district, the biggest festival of Sunatan Hindus, Sharadiya Durga Puja was completed by immersing the idol in water.

Tetulia Model Police Station OC Abu Saeed Chowdhury said that strict security was to be enforced during the puja. In order to observe Durga Puja, puja was held in 9 puja mandaps of 6 unions.

Bidhan Krishna Samant, President of the Puja Celebration Council, said that the festival of religion is for everyone, and that the puja was performed in accordance with health rules.

In this regard, Bhajanpur public puja celebration president Mr. Nityandan Sarkar said that the puja was completed by abandoning Vijay Dashami amidst all kinds of strict laws.

Durga Puja, the biggest religious festival of the Hindus, ends on Wednesday evening with the dedication of idols. Devotees throng the Puja Mandap to celebrate Vijaya Dashami, the last day of the festival.
